Amanat is NOT a legal will platform. The instructions stored on this platform hold no legal weight in the court of law for the distribution of financial assets, real estate, or child custody. Amanat is strictly an operational guide to assist families in locating documents and understanding personal wishes.
3. User Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete National ID (NID) information for both yourself and your Trusted Person.
- No Passwords: You agree NOT to store raw passwords, PIN codes, or direct financial access keys on the platform.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
4. Trusted Person Designation
By designating a Trusted Person, you authorize Amanat to release the information stored in your account to this individual under the circumstances predefined by your account settings. You are responsible for ensuring that the Trusted Person's contact information is up to date.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Amanat, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
